Pork Tenderloin Roast

WARNING

Ingredients:

3# pork tenderloin cut into 3 1# pices
salt
pepper
3 C. Chicken stock
1 garlic bulb, peeled
package meat marinade, your choice or home made

Directions:

Marinate meat for at least 30 minutes. Make small cuts in meat and insert whole peeled cloves of garlic
Place meat and marinade into pressure cooker.
Add chicken stock.
Cover and bring up to pressure.
Cook for approximately 25 minutes.

For shredded meat, add an additional 10 minutes.
